Liana Amirbekyan–   is a senior project officer for one of the Council of Europe Office in Yerevan Projects, called “Strengthening Integrity and Combatting Corruption in Higher Education”. A graduate of Yerevan State University, Liana started her career as a psychologist-counsellor in several medical centres in Yerevan. Since 2001, her career path led her to project management and implementation of different scale development projects. Liana has more than 15 years of experience working in different international organizations including Catholic Relief Service, Peace Corps and Council of Europe.

Raffi Niziblian has merged his entrepreneurial skills to his creative expertise and channeled them into building a communications agency, Deem Communications. He has since delved into the world of film production and has participated in many European festivals. Raffi has also coached StartUps and has served as a jury member at film festivals and start up pitching. He is also the Lead Expert in the Support to EU Communications in Armenia. Raffi has 4 children, speaks 5 languages, has lived in 6 cities and travelled to over 39 during his 47 years on planet Earth.

Khachik Harutyunyan works as an anti-corruption expert at Transparency International Armenia. He has authored/co-authored 5 fundamental studies on Anti-corruption and Good Governance, as well as about 30 research pieces on various topics of Anti-corruption, Good Governance and Human Rights. Khachik loves history, poetry, anthropology and Georgian dances. Christian by faith-lawyer by education and forever a big fan of Spanish pizza once tried in New York.

Hovhannes Galstyan is a political scientist and a fellow member of the Apella Institute. He was engaged in various civil society initiatives including the coordination of the Constitutional Awareness Project. He also conducted extensive research on the assessment of the draft amendments to the Armenian Constitution. His current research interests focus on comparative political systems and studies of democratization.
