Arevik Anapiosyan is a researcher in the field of international affairs and conflict resolution. In recent years she has accumulated expertise in the area of education policy and has a number of research projects in this field. Since 2011 she has been working at the Yerevan State University Centre for European Studies as a research expert and Coordinator for Policies and Procedures.

Serob Khachatryan was born and raised in Gyumri, Armenia. He is a graduate of Yerevan State University, Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology. After working as a translator, journalist, editor, education expert, project coordinator, and director, he has realized that he is most excited when he works with children in Armenian villages sponsored by Children of Armenia Fund (COAF). He now spends most of his work week in the villages, working with children and teachers. Serob is an author of several text book and books. He has two sons, who love playing chess.

Tatevik Avetisyan has been leading PR Unit and projects at Deem Communications since 2011.  She brings over 12 years of practice in PR and communications by combining her experience from Armenia and internationally, including the U.S.A. She brings professional insights from her experience with local and international businesses as well as international humanitarian organizations such as Doctors without Borders (MSF) and Armenian EyeCare Project. Tatevik teaches public relations courses at the American University of Armenia. She enjoys sharing, teaching, traveling and connecting ideas and people to reveal their full potential.

Marine Manucharyan has extensive experience as a trainer/facilitator/mentor in non-formal education with specific focus on human rights education, transparency and good governance, project management, organizational development, conflict resolution and management, etc. Marine has worked with various international organisations both in Armenia and across Europe.

Nvard Melkonyan is one of the founders and Chairwoman of the Board of SPRING PR. She is one of the pioneers of PR institution development in Armenia. She is also an Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology, Yerevan State University and holds a PhD in Sociology. Nvard is a pathological optimist.
