Adelaida Baghdasaryan (Senior Fellow) is currently an Assistant Professor and LLM Program Chair at the American University of Armenia. She graduated from the Yerevan State University (2006), further obtaining her master’s degree in Comparative Legal Studies from American University of Armenia (2006) and her LL.M from Harvard University Law School (2015).
Adelaida is among the first licensed mediators in Armenia to work with judiciary on alternative dispute resolutions on civil cases. Previously she worked for the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan as a Political Program Assistant at the Political-Economic Section and reported on issues related to political and economic developments, foreign assistance, governance, corruption; coordinated and provided legal support for all U.S. Government (USG) funded programs in Armenia, etc. Since 2009 Mrs. Baghdasaryan is a legal consultant at ARMADEL Consulting Law Office, where she is providing legal support and guidance to legal entities/business clients engaged in international business and individuals in resolving their legal matters outside Armenia.
