Margarita Galstyan (Fellow) received her LLM in Human Rights in Central European University in 2013. Her research topic was on electoral rights in national and international perspectives. She also holds an LLM from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor’s in Law from Yerevan State University. She worked as a legal expert in the fields of human rights and justice reforms at Armenia’s Ministry of Justice, OSCE Yerevan Office, UNDP Armenia. Currently she is the project manager of CoE project on criminal justice reforms in the Republic of Moldova, focusing on reforms of Prosecution service, Ombudsperson institution and eradication of ill-treatment and impunity.
