Monica Harutyunyan (Senior Fellow) is a qualified lawyer with extensive work experience in banking and international development. She holds a Law Degree from Yerevan State University, an LLM from the American University of Armenia and an MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Governance.
Her areas of concentration include economic development, political economy and negotiations, as well as good governance and rule of law. Since 2006 she has been serving as a policy consultant for the World Bank on the issues of financial inclusion and worked with the regulators and policy makers in different countries of the region. She taught Negotiation and Mediation for lawyers at the American University of Armenia.
