Hamazasp Danielyan (Senior Fellow) is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science, Yerevan State University. His Pd.D (kandidat nauk) dissertation was on the influence of external factors on the democratization of Armenia. He initiated and lead research in Armenia and Artsakh on verious topics, including on the attitudes of Armenians toward democracy, political elite and electoral system of NKR, etc. Currently, Hamazasp works as Project Coordinator in USAID “Support to the National Assembly of Armenia” project and previously was a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) Armenian branch, a leading organization providing assistance in the field of elections. He also has an extensive experience in working with civil society organizations in Armenia.
